If you are a DI Alum and would like to help in any way – for an hour or a day –  (Team Management, Tournament Appraiser, Tournament Runner, Teach a Skill, Instant Challenge Day) please fill out this form.

Do you love Destination Imagination (DI) and are an alum of the program? Are you looking for ways to give back to DI locally, nationally and internationally?

Then the Alumni Ambassador Program (AAP) is for you!

The AAP engages Destination Imagination alumni to help DI achieve its mission of providing opportunities that inspire students worldwide to learn and utilize 21st century skills to become tomorrow’s innovators and leaders.

DI ALUM:  Any person, 18 years or older, who has participated on a Destination Imagination team for at least one year, with any school or organization, is considered a DI Alum.  Alumni can help in so many ways from appraising at tournaments to teaching others about the program.

DI ALUMNI AMBASSADOR: A DI alum who has completed the official Alumni Ambassador application and has been accepted into the Alumni Ambassador Program. Several ASD alum are official DI Alumni Ambassadors!

DI ALUMNI AMBASSADOR COUNCIL MEMBER: A DI Alumni Ambassador who has applied, been interviewed, and has been accepted to serve on the Alumni Ambassador Council. Alumni Ambassador Council members will be chosen annually to serve a one-year term.

Wisconsin DI Alumni Association
New in 2016, WIDI formed an alumni association.  If you are a high school graduate and participated in DI for at least one season ever, you are eligible to join the WIDI alumni association.

Photo on the left:  Sam Harper, AHS class of 2015, 16-year DI participant and 5-time Global Finalist was the first Algoma School District student to take part in the Global Finals graduation ceremony in Knoxville, TN.  He is a fourth-year Electrical Engineering student at Michigan Technological University.  He is a member of the Alumni Ambassadors, has served as an Appraiser at Regional and State tournaments, has been a volunteer at Global Finals and plans to help establish DI in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Photo on the right:  Fellow 2015 AHS graduate Mariah Grosbeier is also a  15-year DI participant and 4-time Global Finalist.  She is currently a third-year nursing student at Marian University.  A member of the Alumni Ambassadors, Mariah has been an Appraiser not at our own Regional tournament, at nearby Regional tournaments, at our State tournament, and has also volunteered at Global Finals!
